You will need:

  • avocado oil (or a ripe fruit),
  • a yoghurt or soured cream.

How to make it?

Obviously, it is easier to prepare the Avocado Hair Conditioner once having ready oil instead of the rape fruit. The amount of oil is not strictly defined, yet it is suggested using approximately a spoon of it and mix with the second ingredient. If avocado oil is not an option, you can mash the ripe fruit so to obtain a kind of a pulp and then mix it with yoghurt. The conditioner is ready! Now you have to apply it to your hair and scalp by giving delicate massage. The Avocado Hair Conditioner has to be left on hair while being covered with a warm towel. After 20 minutes, the conditioner has to be rinsed off as hair has to be precisely shampooed.

AVOCADO MOISTURIZING HAIR MASK

You will need:

  • avocado oil (or a ripe fruit),
  • a teaspoon of liquid honey,
  • a teaspoon of American witch-hazel extract,
  • a teaspoon of apple vinegar,
  • one egg’s yolk,
  • three spoons of olive oil.

How to make it?

Similarly to Avocado Hair Conditioner, pilled avocado fruit has to be mashed until even pap obtained. Again, the whole procedure is much easier when we have pure avocado oil to our disposition. The extract of avocado fruit has to be combined with honey, vinegar and American witch-hazel extract. In second bowl, you have to prepare a mixture of egg’s yolk and olive oil. Finally, combine both mixtures and stir until even mass obtained. Apply it to the length of hair, leave on for more or less a half of an hour and then remove the Avocado Moisturizing Hair Mask by washing hair with your favourite shampoo.

AVOCADO SCALP SCRUB

You will need:

  • avocado oil (or a half of a ripe fruit),
  • dried avocado pit,
  • a spoon of brown sugar.

How to make it?

Take the avocado pit, smash it into small pieces and either grate them on a coarse grater or grind in the grinder. If you have a ripe fruit, peel it and mash as described in the above-mentioned recipes. Mix the avocado oil or mashed fruit with the grinded pit and brown sugar. This homemade scalp scrub has to be applied on damp hair and rubbed into scalp using circular movements. Obviously, the last step is rinsing off the Avocado Scalp Scrub and washing hair.
